How NonUK24 handles information — which is to say, how little of it there is.
1. What this site is
NonUK24 (nonuk24.com) is a small website with a handful of classic games that run in your browser. There are no user accounts, no profiles and no logins. Everything on the site is available without identifying yourself in any way.
2. Information we collect
We do not ask you for personal information and there is no form on the site that could collect it. Like almost every website, our server records ordinary technical request data:
- IP address of the request
- Browser and operating system reported by your browser
- The page requested and the time of the request
- The referring page, when your browser sends one
This data is used to keep the site working and to see which pages are being visited. It is not used to build a profile of you and it is not sold or shared for advertising.
3. Cookies and browser storage
The pages on this site work without cookies of our own. 2048 and Sudoku save your current grid in your browser’s local storage so you can pick it up later; this stays on your device, is never sent to us and can be cleared in your browser settings. If a cookie is set while you are here, it comes from an external service used to measure traffic, and you can block or delete it without breaking anything on the site.
4. Links to other websites
The games themselves run on this site. Where a page links to another website — an email link, for example — that site has its own privacy policy and its own cookies, which we neither control nor monitor.
5. Email you send us
If you write to info@nonuk24.com, we keep your message and address for as long as it takes to reply and for a reasonable period afterwards. We do not add the address to a mailing list.
6. Children
The games here are the sort found in most classrooms and family homes — chess, Sudoku, number puzzles. The site is not directed at young children specifically, and because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly hold data about anybody, of any age.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Since we hold no account data, such a request usually concerns server logs or an email exchange. Write to info@nonuk24.com and we will deal with it.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS and kept up to date. No system is perfect, but as there is no personal data stored here, there is very little for anyone to take.
9. Changes to this policy
If the way the site works changes, this page changes with it. The version you are reading is the one in force.
